Terms of Service

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Kliket (the "Platform") is an Israeli ticketing platform connecting event producers with ticket buyers. Use of the Platform - through the website or through an automated phone-ordering line operated by producers - is subject to the terms below. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using the service.

Kliket's role

Kliket acts as a technology intermediary only. The producer of each event is your contractual counterparty for the event's content, occurrence, cancellations and refunds. Ticket payments are routed directly to the producer's account via the producer's own payment processor - Kliket never holds the funds, and tax invoices are issued in the producer's name.

Accounts

You can buy a single ticket without creating an account, but you will be required to provide identifying details at checkout. You may register for a personal account in one of two ways: (1) sign in with a Google account - also required for producer or admin roles, when assigned to you; (2) a buyer account based on phone number plus Israeli ID - unifies orders made on the website and orders placed through the phone-ordering line into a single account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and any action taken through your account will be deemed authorised.

Ticket purchase

Ticket prices, inventory, per-ID caps, guest-list restrictions, availability, and event content are set by the producer and shown on the event page. Payment is processed directly with the producer's payment provider. Once payment succeeds, a digital ticket bearing a QR code is issued and emailed to you; that ticket is your proof of admission and must be presented (physically or digitally) at the event entrance. Where the event requires identification, you may also be asked to present your Israeli ID at the gate.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation, refund, and post-purchase modification policies are set by the producer and shown on the event page. Refund requests should be made directly to the producer, unless the producer has enabled self-service cancellation in your personal area. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment processor's timeline. Where Israeli consumer-protection law grants you a statutory right of cancellation, that right will be honoured per the law.

Phone-line ordering

Some producers also offer ticket ordering via an automated phone-ordering service operated by a third-party provider (Yemot HaMashiach). Using the line allows you to identify yourself by entering your Israeli ID and to provide credit-card details over the phone for direct charging by the producer's payment provider. The call may be recorded by Yemot under their terms. Standard mobile-airtime charges apply per your carrier plan.

Prohibited use

You may not: resell Kliket-issued tickets for profit; submit false identifying details or another person's details; attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service; create multiple accounts to circumvent producer-imposed limits (e.g. per-ID ticket caps); or otherwise use the service in a way that harms the Platform, its producers, or other buyers.

Limitation of liability

Kliket is not responsible for the content of events, their actual occurrence, their quality, the accuracy of details supplied by the producer, or for any damage resulting from attendance - those are the producer's responsibility. The service is provided AS IS and may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, Kliket's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific ticket.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page; material changes will be highlighted on the page or notified by email where possible. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new wording.
